becoming a registered client:
All
registered clients will be given a Client Registration Card
which will entitle them to the following services provided by the SADeaf.

activities and courses organised by the SADeaf
- Be beneficiaries
of various services offered
- Free hearing test
once a year
- Free Signal
newsletters

How to register as
a client?
To be a client of the Association, the
hearing impaired applicant must be either a Permanent
Resident (PR) or Singapore Citizen.
Please make an appointment with us and bring along the
following supporting documents for the registration:

- An audiogram
- The registered
person's NRIC
- Two passport size
photos
- (Optional) - A
referral letter (either from a doctor or an audiologist)

Office
hours:
Mondays to Fridays : 8.30am
to 1pm and 2pm to 5.30pm
**Eve of Public Holidays 8.30am to 12.30pm
** 24 December, 31 December and eve of lunar new year
Closed on weekends (Saturdays and Sundays) and public holidays
