In response to the needs of the hearing impaired
(HI) community, the Hearing Care Centre located at
the Singapore Association for the Deaf (SADeaf)
premises was set up in December 1999.

Scope of Services
|
-
To provide one annual free basic hearing test
which includes air conduction, bone conduction and
masking to every SADeaf registered clients so as
to enable them to keep track of their own hearing
loss;
-
To take ear impression and provide ear mould
making service, sell batteries and accessories for
hearing aids at nominal rates;*
* Should clients indicate that they are not capable
of paying the nominal rates, they could approach the
Social Workers for financial assessments and the
SADeaf may waive the charges or give concessions
accordingly. |

Operating Hours:
Tuesdays to Saturdays - 9am to 6pm
(*Clients are advised to make an appointment with
our Audiological Technician before the date of the
appointment. The last appointment time is 5.15pm)
**Eve of Public Holidays 8.30am to 12.30pm
Public Holidays, Sundays & Mondays - Closed
** 24 December, 31 December and eve of lunar new
year
