 Sign Language Interpretation
 Course

Sign Language Interpretation
The Deaf Access Service of the Singapore Association for the Deaf offers Sign Language Interpretation course(s) at its premises.

Want a chance to exhibit your sign language skills? Want a career where you can bridge the communication gap between the Deaf and hearing communities? Come join us as a volunteer interpreter!

Sign Language Interpretation is one of the core services provided by The Singapore Association for the Deaf. It began in the 1980s, when a pool of 50 students from Sign Language classes volunteered their services in order to meet the growing demands for interpretation services over the years. We would like to invite you to join our family of Interpreters.

Prospective candidates are required to complete an introductory workshop in Sign Language Interpretation. This is a compulsory module before embarking on your journey to become a Sign Language Interpreter.
